Thomson Reuters acquired Manatron, Inc., a provider of property tax automation and land registry software for governments and municipalities around the world, in July 2011. Manatron had previously acquired International Land Systems (ILS), Inc., an established specialist in cadastre and land administration solutions through the application of modern technology and innovative processes.
